Christmas FAQ’S

  • All Christmas items are handmade using 100% cotton fabrics, with some styles also available in linen, depending on the design.
    Every piece is crafted with care to ensure quality, durability, and that special handmade touch that makes gifting extra meaningful.

  • All Christmas items are made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created before it is posted.
    ✨ Need it by Christmas Day or a specific date?
    Please leave a note at checkout, I’ll do my best to prioritise your order during the festive rush!

  • Most Christmas products can be customised, whether it’s choosing your fabric and colours or personalising with a name or initial.
    Just pop your request in the checkout notes and I’ll make it happen.
    Your Christmas item will be one-of-a-kind, just for you!

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
    During November & December, postage can take longer than expected. Please order early to avoid delays.

  • Because many Christmas items are custom-made or personalised, returns and exchanges aren’t available unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
