Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. I will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Flat rate shipping: $14.95 (Australia-wide)
Orders are shipped via a reputable courier. While delivery times can vary, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct—The Checkered Daisy is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item.
I will happily replace the item or provide a full refund once the issue has been verified.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Returns & Refunds Process
Refunds for faulty or damaged items are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying the issue.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for returning items unless otherwise arranged.
